UPDATE ON THE BELOW REVIEW: - My BRAND NEW, unused, 2023 Honda CR-V has developed MULTIPLE technical issues and problems. I have taken it in MULTIPLE times for servicing and they have not been able to fix i Honda CR-V has developed MULTIPLE technical issues and problems. I have taken it in MULTIPLE times for servicing and they have not been able to fix it. I am a single mother working full time and this added burden is simply ridiculous. It is a BRAND NEW car!!! Why is it already having so many issues and why am I not being contacted by Manly Honda to get this resolved?!?!?!? Why do I have to take time off of work and out of my already insane schedule to bring my car in over and over only to be told they couldn’t fix it?!?!? Why have I not been given a new car if this one is broken?!?!? I ask myself these questions constantly. I am changing my review because time has shown my that if it seems too good to be true, it is. My day began in a rather mundane fashion. I have been driving a 2016 Honda Civic Touring since…well..2016. It has been a phenomenal car and was PERFECT for me at the time. Then, in August of 2022, I had my first baby. I quickly realized that the Civic was too small for everything that goes with having a child, so I considered upgrading but never actually started looking. On December 30, 2022 I had an appointment at Manly Honda in Santa Rosa to have some routine maintenance done in the Civic. While Iman Nielson, a kind, knowledgeable, professional, and efficient woman, helped me get everything I needed for my Civic done, I mentioned that I was interested in maybe trading in my Civic for an SUV. She said she would let Denise Rice know and Denise would assist me in getting the trade in started. Denise Rice was absolutely amazing and so sweet and helpful!! I had to finish up some work and she was happy to wait for me until I was ready. She listened while I told her about what I was looking for and then she came up with some perfect options that hit every single one of my criteria. She was a pleasure and delight to work with! She had to leave before I was able to find exactly what I wanted, so she pulled in Scott Hess to help me. Scott was awesome!! He was so so patient, even when I kept having hesitations about some of the options he presented, he worked tirelessly to find me exactly what I wanted. Nicole Marden was sitting at her desk next to Scott and she joined in the hunt to find me the perfect SUV! I had decided on the Honda CRV as the car I wanted. Nicole was so much fun and she and Scott searched through every CRV in their inventory to try to find one that met my criteria. Now, while all this is happening it is getting later and later in the day and my baby is at home with my mother. My baby is getting hungry and I am needing to leave as quickly as possible. I let Scott and Nicole know this and they were so kind and understanding and redoubled their efforts to get me the perfect car as quickly as possible. We finally found one that was absolutely beautiful and perfect and I said “LETS DO IT!” At this point they pulled in one of the finance managers, Sean Lumibao. Sean was informed of my need for speed, and he worked at a lightening pace to get everything ready for me to sign so I could leave with my new car and get home as quickly as possible. He was amazing and funny and just so so fun to work with. He was able to get a 3 hour job done in like 45 minutes, and I was super impressed that he was able to get everything done without missing a single step! WHAT A TEAM!!!! Iman, Denise, Scott, Nicole, and Sean have helped make my new year one of the happiest I can remember. Thank you all so so so much, you are all fantastic and all deserve a raise. NOTE TO HONDA LEADERSHIP/OWNER: I absolutely loved being helped, you’ve got amazing employees. I would suggest giving more paid holidays to your staff. :) THANK YOU MANLY HONDA! More

I was very happy with the customer service that Lori provided and was willing to look past the fact that it took my car over a month to be fixed. Supply chain issues are a real problem at the moment. I provided and was willing to look past the fact that it took my car over a month to be fixed. Supply chain issues are a real problem at the moment. I was able to receive a loaner vehicle during that time, which helped tremendously. However, while I was at the service center, I noticed some real issues with the upper management yelling at their new employees in front of customers. This type of business in unprofessional no matter how well the employee is performing. I suggest that Denise take some management training classes and learn how to talk more appropriately to her employees. Lori was great though! More

So I had two big issues with the service department at Manly. First of all, their customer service was not good at all. Second, the top of my car had been scratched. The sales team finally called us back Manly. First of all, their customer service was not good at all. Second, the top of my car had been scratched. The sales team finally called us back in and were able to fix my car and get the scratches out. Their customer service was great. They were all friendly and very helpful. Hopefully the service department steps up their game and match the customer service that the sales team provides. More
