Have been dealing with this dealership for 5+ years. Have gotten 4 vehicles from them. First car was a 2015 Corolla. Then I went to the 2018 Rav4 Hybrid after totalling my Corolla. Then went to the 2020 Have gotten 4 vehicles from them. First car was a 2015 Corolla. Then I went to the 2018 Rav4 Hybrid after totalling my Corolla. Then went to the 2020 Rav4 and now just traded into a 2022 Rav4 Hybrid. Excellent customer service, and treatment of customer. Always feel welcome and am treated like family. No one tried to push me into something bigger, they had the exact truck I was looking for, and offered me a GREAT deal on my trade-in. I worked with Samantha and Dennis and they were both the best. It was a quick in and out (and I had a toddler with me) that started with an online inquiry and a few emails. I can't recommend them enough and left with the biggest smile on my face (not to mention the excitement of leaving with the exact truck I wanted). Seriously, I was nervous and not looking forward to dealing with car dealerships because it always feels like I have to be on the defense - this was not the case at Handy.
