It was the worse experience I have ever had in a car
dealership. I really feel like the practices are dishonest and almost felt like I was a hostage. I asked for my keys several times and they just kept

Bait and switch multiple times and ended up losing out on $4500.

I thought the sales manager was looking out for my best interest but once I reread my paperwork I feel the opposite.
I am happier with my Kona than I was with the Ioniq5, but I don't like the extra expense to get here.
I'm not candy coating anything I feel, you asked now I'm giving you my feelings.
Dealerships can't ask for "10's" across the board when they only give 5's.
If I receive another review request it's going to be scathing.

Great at nut and shell game players.
My used $ 19,000 dollar car that I put $10,000 down on, and I still owe $16,000 dollars.

I have 35 pages of mix and match confusion. Don’t get the prep work as Tom told me,it’s not free. Funny part the bird crap the closer pointed out in the passenger side door was still there when I got home after they said they preped it.
The broken front bumper under dude not mentioned either and blew me off.
Not counting the financing or any warranty. I’m one stupid old man.
could go in but they all had a good laugh on the 23 of December.
Don’t even feel like driving car, 6 weeks only 200 miles. So much for a happy December 23.
I even told the Closer Tom at 74 I’d be lucky to live to pay it off, his reply then won’t have to worry about payments. Asked for card next day after sake. Told me he was the boss and didn’t need them and brushed me off. Oh well stupid me..

I am planning on taking my Nissan into the local Nissan dealer for its 60,000 mile maintenance even though its only got 56,000 miles. Looking at the records from the previous owner and what is not mentioned on you pre look before selling me the car I see a lot that needs to be done.
Only oil and tire rotation done it appear's...
WORK NEEDED ????? 2 recalls, transmission oil, cain air, radiator, engine filter, completely and full maimtance of past not done.
I want to get every thing checked and required things done so I have no future issues.
Not your problem but mine, but researching this Nissan it has electrical, timing chain stretching and the 1.8 engine burns so I want to stay on top of things.
I am still gong thru the 40 some pages bring to make heads or tails of what thew charges were. All this could have been broken done on one legal sized page for charity and transparence. And maybe no more than two people than the six or more I was shuffled back and fort, I still dint understand how I bought a 19,000 dollar car with 10,000 down and still owe 16,000 dollars plus finance interest and only a 45 day warranty,,
