I'm a new BMW driver - and I had no knowledge of the BMW product line. I spent some time in their new showroom (seriously - it's amazing people) and Dirk and Dan helped me find the X4. I fell in love the moment I drove it. I had been comparing against the range over evoque and the lexus NX - and it blew it out of the water. Best yet - Dirk was amazing. He helped me so kindly and perfectly through the process - he and Dan even mocked up my car on a screen in the office and I was able to preview it in real time 3d. Amazing. Mike in their finance department helped me set everything straight - he was thorough and easy to work with. Even at the end their customer service manager (super kind and friendly guy - i forget his name though) came out and was so kind and encouraging. The entire process was amazing - they even have a special bay where you preview and see your new car for the first time. Seriously - this dealership does it right. I'm incredibly picky - I own my own business, and expect SO much from my staff here. I have HIGH customer service expectations - very high - because I expect that for MY clients. I was treated so well here. I'll go back again and again. More

Dirk spent a lot of time answering our questions and was not pushy - he wanted us to be comfortable with our decision and to even size up the competition before making a final decision. We were very impressed with Dirk's detailed knowledge of the BMW vehicles and his focus on the various safety features and options that the cars have. When it came time to work the financial details out, Dirk was very straightforward and did everything he could to get us in the car we really wanted. I would recommend him in a heartbeat to any prospective car buyer/friend/relative looking for a new car and am very grateful for his knowledge and introduction for us to the BMW family! We continued to shop around to multiple other automobile dealers but none of the other experiences could compare. We returned to Ganley BMW for a second visit. Dirk, after guiding us through a few more different options helped us find the perfect car. He gave us a thorough review and set up all of the vehicle's features (which I otherwise probably would not have done on my own) and even offered to meet again if we had any other questions or would like to learn more about the car. There is a special focus to the Customer in this dealership. From the moment of your first contact with them, till the day you drive your new vehicle away from their lot, it is nothing else but an amazing experience that you will not easily forget. People say they drive over 100 miles to get to them. I drove 200+ each way , and I do not regret a single one of them. Our family maintains three running BMWs with a combined experience of at least nine of them through the years. There is certainly some kind of magic in this dealership that only Frank Steffen, the sales manager, knows how to do with numbers, that will captivate you and you would not want to leave. And then there is Dirk Steffen (who happens to be related to the big brother) with a wide smile and a sparkling white shirt who is ready to give you everything he owns ranging from his new pen you liked to his jacket pin that he only has one copy of. Not to mention that he also knows his products extremely well. He had answers to all of my questions, and believe me i am an engineering prof, i know how to make them tough. If you want an experience of a lifetime, then go to Dirk and Frank. they will take care of everything for you. They will make you feel they are working for you and not for the dealer. Their goal is to win you as a customer for life, and you will feel it immediately. Do it and you won't regret it. P.S. we also had a short experience with the finance manager, Mike. From our previous experiences, finance managers are usually tough guys that they love to scare you. I do not know how they accomplish this, they must be all trained in the same seminars by the same tutors. But I did not get that vibe from Mike. He was very fair and very relaxed. Being like that, Mike won me as well. I said too much. I hope one day you will be able to experience what we did. All the best luck in your search for your new vehicle. More

Talk about elite customer service I have been leasing cars since 2005 and I have always thought I was treated nicely ,up until when I stopped at Ganely's BMW and I was greeted by DRIK I have been leasing cars since 2005 and I have always thought I was treated nicely ,up until when I stopped at Ganely's BMW and I was greeted by DRIK STEFFENS who was exceptionally welcoming .Drik was totally professional treated me like a VIP . He didn't waste a minute of my time he made every effort in the world to make the process of buying a car so much fun. My advice to everyone out there if you are interested in BMW do yourself a favour and ask about DRIK STEFFENS. He is certainly a the biggest assist to Ganely's BMW. More

Dirk is very professional, fun to work with and very knowledgeable about the car's technology and features. The rest of the team was also courteous and the process was quick and easy without the usual push to sell extra services. PS: I prefer the heft and solid handling to other cars in this class/price range. The impressive low end torque of the Twinturbo moves the car easily and with decent fuel economy.
