Don is extremely thorough in figuring out what needs fixed, he sticks by what he says, and is honest to the core. I have never had to worry about him giving me the run-around, or charging me for a service I do not need. He always checks warranty coverage and finds ways to keep my costs at a minimum. I am incredibly thankful he is my service advisor and for his quick responses to all my questions. Highly recommend Don! More
