Miss Ashley was so professional. I was buying my first car for my daughter & we drove all the way from San Juan Capistrano. She had the car on hold & when we got there, it was out front waiting for us. Sh car for my daughter & we drove all the way from San Juan Capistrano. She had the car on hold & when we got there, it was out front waiting for us. She was one of the best sales person I’ve dealt with. Everyone was so friendly & professional-Sergio & Lora in finance we’re also fantastic. Simple & painless. My hats off to Doug the fantastic GM for hiring amazing people at Longo! Longo Toyota was the best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. I highly recommend Longo . I didn’t feel rusted they spent time with me going over everything and they made sure I was satisfied with the dealership. I highly recommend Longo .
