Just purchased our 3rd Honda! To say we are 'lifers' at Mohawk Honda would be an understatement. My wife and I have been part of the Mohawk Honda family for about 13 years now. Mos To say we are 'lifers' at Mohawk Honda would be an understatement. My wife and I have been part of the Mohawk Honda family for about 13 years now. Most recently, my wife's car (of too many years) was dying so we headed back to MH to purchase our third Honda - a CRV (the first two were Accords). As always, we were treated with kindness, respect, no-pressure purchasing and total professionalism. We were offered a great trade in that we could not refuse as well as credit for recent repairs on her vehicle, which was extremely generous of them. We were assisted by some great people who we were so fortunate to have worked with - first, our amazing, patient sales agent - Chris Taylor was a pleasure to work with. Whatever we wanted, he took care of. Additionally, there are many more wonderful people we'd like to mention: Brittany, our vehicle exchange specialist was on the ball 24/7; Mark Ellis who IS one of the nicest guys on the planet - seriously; Prince Ramnarine, our delivery specialist who took time to explain all the exciting and new gadgetry and all the folks in service we have gotten to know over the years - especially Jenny Estrada, Doug Glass and Ian O'Connor. Mike Bennice took his time with my purchase without any pressure. He was knowledgeable and honest in helping me through my decision - and after 4 visits to the showroom.. Jake Hewitt provided a very thorough walk through of my new car and answered all my questions, especially those about the new technology features that were new to me. And Mike Speranza, the business manager, provided excellent guidance for my financing, explaining all the options with the warranty I purchased. I am pleased with my overall experience and highly recommend Mohawk Honda. I will not go anywhere else and with an excellent service department, we will continue to purchase and drove only Hondas. Great people! I went to Mohawk Honda to test drive a specific used car I found online. Linda was very knowledgeable and personable. I didn't make a decision that I went to Mohawk Honda to test drive a specific used car I found online. Linda was very knowledgeable and personable. I didn't make a decision that day, but I called her back a couple of days later and finalized the deal. Linda was very prompt at returning my calls and/or emails. She didn't stop after the sale was made - told me to contact her with any questions or issues. Being a used car, I expected that I may end up having to bring it back for some adjustments. I contacted Linda and she got me in touch with service and an appointment was made in a timely fashion. Doug talked to me in terms I could understand and kept me informed while I waited. In the end, Doug had to send me off with a loaner so they could have more time to look at my car. Doug updated me as needed while they had my car. All employees were friendly during my time spent at Mohawk, but these are the two that I dealt with the most. I have never been a fan of car shopping, but these two helped put me at ease. I hope my new-to-me car lasts a while, but I would definitely deal with Mohawk Honda again in the future. More

We worked with Nicole Oeser, sales and leasing consultant, she was very easy to deal with. Not pushy, very honest, and answered every question we had. I felt very comfortable and satisfied irking with her and the dealership. We know we get the best possible deal because she listened to what we wanted and could afford. Yes they are sales people, but they are different because it’s never a feeling of them profiting from us. It’s more of a mutual respect and understanding of our needs and she made it work for us. We are lifetime customers of Mohawk Honda. When we told delivery of the car, which had a lot of upgrades on the CRV trim model we had before, Jake Doyle, Delivery specialist, who went over everything with us. He didn’t rush through, he was very informative and patient with me as I am challenged with technology! He made sure we understood and was able to use and understand the features in the car. We also had to purchase new snow tires for our car, which we wanted, not needed. I went back the next day when tires came in, they fit me not the schedule to mount and balance them, they loaded the all season tires in vehicle carefully and they were clean. I purchased all season floor mats from service, and Bill in service department, unloaded all the tires and placed all the new mats in car for me. Then loaded everything back in the vehicle. None of this extra service was required but done without hesitation. I appreciated all of it! So in closing. Mohawk Honda is a total package deal! The best dealership and service department we have ever dealt with. We travel an hour and a half to get this service and deals, worth every mile we travel for it!
