I went looking on the Internet and simply clicked on the car ostensibly to determine availability.. I got a call from Sam the next day, so I didn't have to chase him down. We talked just a bit and he had the car in a delivery bay for me to see within 15 minutes. No searching the lots outside for me. Then inside the showroom, what a treat for a car enthusiast. It is, like a museum of new and like new BMW's. The display space is sleek but as well like a comfortable blanket. . .I didn't know if I wanted to leave. On one side the service area was visible and it looked more like a clean desk than a repair shop. With no pressure and every accommodation I drove the car away a day later. More

Great all around! This is my third BMW that I got at Knauz. My previous car was from a different BMW dealer and I am so happy that I came back to Knauz. My experience with Neal Kahn was so easy and stress free. Spencer Parker was so knowledgeable and helpful in explaining all of the many facets of the car. Doug Kamp (finance) was very easy to work with and walked me through all aspects of the finance process. Kudos to all! More

Sam Picchietti (BMW Client Advisor) is personable and was enjoyable to deal with. We purchased sight unseen and then traveled to the dealership to take delivery. Sam handled our test drive, sale, and deliv enjoyable to deal with. We purchased sight unseen and then traveled to the dealership to take delivery. Sam handled our test drive, sale, and delivery process very professionally. We also worked with Spencer Parker (BMW Genius) during delivery for over an hour to learn and set up many of the features offered on the 430XI. Douglas Kamp (Business Manager) was efficient with the paperwork and assisted us with our extended warranty contract. Our experience with all of these gentlemen was professional in every respect. In summary, The Knauz BMW dealership is a "Class Act" and employs "Class Act" people. More
