Terrific Experience Can't say enough good things about our buying experience at Knauz.  Neal Khan was our salesperson.  He has the perfect blend of knowledge, customer se Can't say enough good things about our buying experience at Knauz.  Neal Khan was our salesperson.  He has the perfect blend of knowledge, customer service and trustworthiness.  Neal was accommodating and always professional in our interactions.  Tried very hard to find the perfect car for us and he was successful--beyond our imagination!  Doug Kamp is a wonderfully seasoned professional and helped with the final negotiations (which we are grateful for) and did all the financial services work with us as well.  He was also extremely knowledgable, worked very hard to make us feel comfortable and informed throughout the process and is the kind of person you would like as a neighbor.  It was a very busy day but we were always treated like we were important customers and kept in the loop throughout the entire process.  This is probably the first time I bought a car and drove away feeling really good about the entire experience and the car I just purchased.  Special thanks to both Neal and Doug, and the entire Knauz team, who worked very hard to let us drive home in our new car. Neal greeted me and just asked if I was being helped. I told him I was looking around. He asked if I would like anything to drink and then got me a cold water which was really nice of him. I typically do my research and don't need a salesperson telling me about the car but Neal left me alone and once I was ready I went back to him. He got me a GREAT deal, the whole time he listened to my needs and assisted me the whole time. Finance did take some time but Doug was easy and fun to work with. Curt helped a lot with the trade in and got me fair number! Please save yourself the hassle and GO HERE! More
