I have over forty years of service here at Smythe Volvo. The complete level of comfort in knowing all the employees and customers very well is definitely the best part about working here. My favorite Volvo is the Cross Country Wagon. It's an AWD utility vehicle but still more like a car than a truck. It also has a good track record mechanically, performs and handles well. When I'm away from work, spending time with my family is my number one priority, especially with my two grandsons.

Great work and customer service. Blew the heater core on my V70 driving home from Vermont and got stuck in an unfamiliar area. First, I always feel that I am getting the straight scoop, whether Sales or Service or Parts, I never feel that I'm getting incorrect or biased info. Second, when my car is at Service, I get to chat w scoop, whether Sales or Service or Parts, I never feel that I'm getting incorrect or biased info. Second, when my car is at Service, I get to chat with a Service Advisor who spends time with me, no rush, addresses any questions, looks things over, ensures everything is complete and right. Third, the work gets done right. Customer waiting area and loaners are all proper. So I'm fine with 5-stars. The car itself is solid but tiny rear seat room, etc., so some pluses and minuses there, but the dealer is excellent. More

Doug MacAdam Service Advisor #1 in Customer Service - Tina Dewald took my call and promptly gave me a same day appointment to see about the low tire pressure light that was appearing twice in 2 days. Doug Macadam, Service Advisor confirmed the low tire pressure and recommended tire replacement. I was just about to take a 250 mile trip upstate and was thankful that my tires and brakes were given attention by Doug MacAdam and Shane Williams - 3 hours later I was on my way with confidence that my Volvo was serviced by a great team!
