I have over forty years of service here at Smythe Volvo. The complete level of comfort in knowing all the employees and customers very well is definitely the best part about working here. My favorite Volvo is the Cross Country Wagon. It's an AWD utility vehicle but still more like a car than a truck. It also has a good track record mechanically, performs and handles well. When I'm away from work, spending time with my family is my number one priority, especially with my two grandsons.

For over 30 years Smythe Volvo has never ceased to delight me with their cars and provide me with excellent service. I've kept older Volvos going to college with my kids while I continue to drive new delight me with their cars and provide me with excellent service. I've kept older Volvos going to college with my kids while I continue to drive newer models. I never worry about my family's safety on the road when they are driving a car from Smythe. I greatly appreciate the expert service I receive from Doug MacAdam and the service team. Keep up the great work and thank you for the personal service from a family home town business. More

I have been using Doug MacAdam at Smythe to service all my cars for many years now. Doug always has my paperwork and loaner ready when I arrive. Great work and customer service. Blew the heater core on my V70 driving home from Vermont and got stuck in an unfamiliar area. First, I always feel that I am getting the straight scoop, whether Sales or Service or Parts, I never feel that I'm getting incorrect or biased info. Second, when my car is at Service, I get to chat w scoop, whether Sales or Service or Parts, I never feel that I'm getting incorrect or biased info. Second, when my car is at Service, I get to chat with a Service Advisor who spends time with me, no rush, addresses any questions, looks things over, ensures everything is complete and right. Third, the work gets done right. Customer waiting area and loaners are all proper. So I'm fine with 5-stars. The car itself is solid but tiny rear seat room, etc., so some pluses and minuses there, but the dealer is excellent. More
