Kirk was very helpful and not pushy. He is a genuinely nice guy and I was glad to do business at Hawk Ford. I purchased a used vehicle and feel like a got a great deal. I had to go back to the dealership for a second key to be programmed and they did this gratis. Kirk and Chuck made sure of that. The service dept. was attentive and got my new key made and programmed in an hour. They even washed the car for me! I’m enjoying the vehicle and it’s running nicely. The purchase from start to finish was easy and painless. I would recommend Hawk Ford with confidence. More
