Exceeding Customer expectations I have had my Odyssey for 5 years and Chuck and the Service department have performed all service work. Except for a couple oil changes when I was o I have had my Odyssey for 5 years and Chuck and the Service department have performed all service work. Except for a couple oil changes when I was out of the area. Service is always explained completely. All product recalls (2) were attended to as well as easing my concerns. All recommended maintenance intervals performed in a professional manner and the need is understood. The work is timely, courteous, and the wait is usually on target. Any problems we have, which are very few he takes care of my wife. We purchased a new 2016 Accord Sport. There was a minor recall on it and Tony Vincent was waiting on my wife to pull in for the service. Promised her car in 45 minutes and she was out of there in 30 minutes. Service there is outstanding. Will never go anywhere else for service. They care. More
