FINALLY, after 4 months of chaos with my brand new 2024 Lexus, the dealership did what I asked then to do months ago. Our salesman was short with us many times and when we confronted him with this, he said he mirrored our behavior, however he didn’t own a Lexus and it break after 3 DAYS. He should have kept his professionalism no matter what, so he needs further training. I could say so much, do your research before purchasing a Lexus! More
