I took my 2021 Tundra with 5,000 miles to Toyota of Lancaster for 2 reason: my "Maintenance Light" came on and a recurring steering wheel shaking between 55-60 mph. I made and appointment at 8:45 am a Lancaster for 2 reason: my "Maintenance Light" came on and a recurring steering wheel shaking between 55-60 mph. I made and appointment at 8:45 am and Service writer Doug wrote my truck for service. I explained him the 2 reasons I was bringing my truck and he said there will be no problem for the maintenance service it was just an oil change but for the steering wheel shaking will need to have a service technician to take a look at it and they were too busy and may have to keep my truck until next day which I was Ok with it. Then around 1:00pm I got a call my truck was ready. When I got to the dealer Doug said they service was not done because it was already done at 3,500 and the technician drove my truck and could not find any problem with the shaking steering wheel (this was second time I brought my truck for this same problem). Doug claimed the technician say it was the road made it shake and there was a "video" that technician did while driving at 60mph with no shaking. So I made aware Doug about the Toyota App, which tell me where my truck been driving, which shows the truck been drive from 10st west to Ave L to 30th St West to Ave K8 back to the dealer so I asked him if my truck was driven on side street at 60mph, he did not what to say. Then I asked to see the video and he claimed the video will only shows the speedometer not the street, which by the way when I got to my truck the big message that covers the main screen on dash was still On with the "Maintenance Required" sign showing, So I am frustrated and disappointed of Lancaster Toyota Service. This is my 3rd Tundra I got from this dealer, since it was "Sierra Toyota" so now even if I had to drive farther I will go to Valencia of Keys Toyota to get my truck service and my further purchase. Lancaster Toyota have lost its integrity and credibility as far I am concern with me. It is sad just because they are too busy or think that customers has little or no knowledge of vehicle maintenance and try to give excuses and lies to get over it. I left a message for Service Manager and so far never contacted me or left any messages, More

Our Advisor Doug Velasco is great. Doug was able to identify a set of worn engine mounts as the source of an annoying rattle in our 2009 Matrix that had been unresolved for 3 years.
