We communicated the details of this new issue to you and provided our professional recommendation for repair. However, we understand that you requested Martin Chevrolet to cover the cost of the new repairs, suggesting that it was related to the initial service. We take pride in our integrity and the quality of our work, and we aim to provide accurate information to our customers. As such, it was explained that the new issue was distinct and separate from the previous one and, thus, could not be covered under the same terms.
