Can anyone explain to me how this is possible? I included pictures of the bumper, the scrap that they say damaged the radar, the inside of the bumper, and the radar that they say was broken (which has zero damage on it). 1/13/2022 - I originally gave info on how to see pictures - but it went against DealerRater community guidelines. So, in conclusion, is DealerRater any better then the dealerships? More

I cannot express enough gratitude for the team at Lithia Hyundai in Reno. Not only did they get me into a new (and safe!) car for my family, but they moved the sun and stars in order to buy my current vehicle. They were honest and upfront with every step in the process and truly manifested a completely pivoted view of the car buying process for me. Seeing as we are military and will be moving within the next year and a half, I will have to make a point to buy my next car here, even if it means driving from states away. These people are ethical and kind, which is a dying breed these days. More
