Nathan continued to impress us when we picked up the vehicle. He was very personable and easy to talk to. No pressure and also in no hurry. He was concerned that all our questions were answered and took quite a bit of time in the vehicle explaining all the different features. He followed up in a week asking if we had any issues or questions. It was a very good experience. The finance associate, Dylan, also was very easy to work with. He explained the warranty options thoroughly, but was respectful of my choice and very professional. This was a very good experience.
