Dylan in service was very accommodating when I accidentally canceled my service appointment. Got me in on my original day and time. Upon arrival he was outside ready to check me in. Made the proce accidentally canceled my service appointment. Got me in on my original day and time. Upon arrival he was outside ready to check me in. Made the process easy, explain the services that I Need it. Gave me a time estimate and was within that time. Overall profesional, friendly and knows his Mazdas. Second time coming to him and second Mazda that Tustin services for me. Will keep coming back to both. More

Came in for our complimentary service we were greeted by a friendly person that introduced us to Josh who is very nice and helpful! Shortly later we received a video of our car to show us how the car was do a friendly person that introduced us to Josh who is very nice and helpful! Shortly later we received a video of our car to show us how the car was doing!! While waiting on this Saturday they had chik-fil-a sandwiches for all the customers, what a nice treat! The lounge was cozy with a big TV and all you can drink coffee and water, best car purchase ever I will be sending all my friends and family here!! More

This is the best car dealership I have ever been too. I bought my car two weeks ago. Larry was amazing help me find the perfect car for me and my family that I was interested in. I got my Apple CarPlay ins bought my car two weeks ago. Larry was amazing help me find the perfect car for me and my family that I was interested in. I got my Apple CarPlay installed today and let me tell you. He is amazing. So personal, friendly and helpful. He took care of everything. They treat you like family here. Also the service thechs thank you for getting my car an hour earlier then estimated. 10/10 will recommended this place to anyone and everyone that will listen. More

Dylan Roberts (for the 2nd time I had my car serviced by Mazda) proved that he is THE best example of genuine customer care. He literally fought for me and my case on my behalf to have the service fees cove Mazda) proved that he is THE best example of genuine customer care. He literally fought for me and my case on my behalf to have the service fees covered by warranty as I was slightly over my warranty limit and it must have been proved to the corporate that the issue happened beforehand. During the rather long wait for the whole process (circa 3 weeks I believe), he kept texting me even though there was no update on the case, but just to say hi and make sure my loaner is treating me well. He truly gave me the great feeling of being acknowledged, heard, and taken care of the whole time. He is a wonderful person with an amazing vibe and I personally envy his colleagues to be able to work alongside an awesome guy everyday. As a quality engineer in medical devices industry myself, who has been dealing with customer complaints, I can distinguish an A+ level quality from a mediocre one; and what I see in Dylan -with the type charisma and care he expresses-is being a wonderful manager in near future . If I worked in the similar field of business, I'd do all in my power to offer him a great deal for a position in my team. ;) More
