Ed was very professional, and extremely proactive in letting me know that my vehicle would not be worked on, due to the fact that so many vehicles preceded one. I'm not sure that is a good look for your letting me know that my vehicle would not be worked on, due to the fact that so many vehicles preceded one. I'm not sure that is a good look for your brand, because the perception for me became one that said GMC's breakdown so much that every mechanic's bay was full for multiple days. Nonetheless, once the vehicle was finally diagnosed, I had to wait an additional day for the part which was properly ordered, but left off of the delivery truck, to come in. This cause not only an inconvenience for me, but I had to rent a vehicle for an additional day. As one who is in service myself, I would have proactively offered empathy first, and perhaps a discount to accommodate the inconvenience of my customer. I'm not asking for anything for free, but some type of price break would have been nice to help me to subsidize the additional cost I had to pay for my rental. However, other than verbal empathy, monetary comfort was offered. To top things off, I drove down 85 approximately 15 mi, and the engine light came back on. I called and left a message for Ed, yet no one has returned my call to show any concern. Additionally, other than the day that I picked the vehicle up, I have not driven it at all, because I was traveling. I returned on yesterday, and today is my first time driving the vehicle since the day we picked it up, well guess what? It just shut down on me again. It started, but now I have to go to AutoZone and have the code pulled, which tells me that although it is starting now it was partially fixed, but there's still something wrong with the vehicle., but thank you for caring enough to provide this survey. More

These guys were so helpful and tried to answer my questions. They were very professional. If ever needed again I will take my blazer back again and if I decide to purchase another vehicle, that is wh questions. They were very professional. 4 wheel drive had error code. Took it in, they diagnosed the issue. Told me it needed a part. Picked it up the next morning. They had already checked that I had extended warranty, Took it in, they diagnosed the issue. Told me it needed a part. Picked it up the next morning.
