He was not around when I got in and was assisted by someone else and when it was time to check out I saw my car outside and I waited for 20 minutes and he never called me, eventually I went up myself and was checked out by someone else. I didn’t even get a call after the service from him. Having second thoughts on Mercedes due to his poor service and him not caring about other people time. I would have expected him to call me to see how things went as he never even spoke to him. He was bailed out by his colleagues. Shame on you Eddie. More
