This was actually the easiest and most pleasant car purchase I’ve ever experienced. The advertised cash rebate did not happen. The military rebate and / or the holiday rebate also did not happen. No payments for six months is only good for people with 800 credit score. I did not get the SE trim I wanted, but I got the color I wanted. I felt that the vehicle was forced to me just because I needed a vehicle. The sales person and the finance person were nice and ok. Overall, I am somewhat satisfied. More

I still like RC Hill but their salespeople should not promise things they can’t keep as I now feel foolish that I contacted them to see when I would receive it only to look stupid. Don’t Trust Everything You Are Told.***** I wanted to say how much we appreciated the way we were treated by the following people; Timothy Howard & Troy. They went above and beyond to get us into a awesome vehicle at a price we could afford. You can tell this is not just a job with these men but they truly care.
