I have been in the valley my entire life when I was in high school I was a valet and bellmen at the Arizona Biltmore this is where my customer service skills were taught. I owned a carwash near the original Demo Row , and that is where my love of the car business began . Most of my career with Toyota and earned many awards for customer service. I am very happy to be working for a gentleman who let me wash his car when I was a kid. I love my family and everything I do is for God and my family!

I was in a tight spot needing to sell a vehicle to them wile I lived in Illinois they went through hoops to get me the best deal they could on my vehicle Ed himes was who I delt with. I went in to test drive a car, not leave with a car. Hands down the most amazing experience we've ever had buying a car. The process was so easy and stress free. Our salesman was Samuel Giovino. He's an exact example of what a car salesman should exemplify. He was personable, polite, professional and honest. He honestly went above and beyond to get us the deal we wanted. There was zero back and forth. He genuinely gave a xxxx about getting us the taken care of and getting us what we wanted. We will be going back to Bell Road Mitsubishi for future purchases. Specifically because of Samuel. The other stand out was the customer relations guy Eddie Himes. He was personable, polite, professional and honest also. I was informed my credit score is 620 when its 700. Given high interest rate and wrongfully sold a uses vehicle just to get off the lot. Won't be recommending this business location at all.
