I have been in the valley my entire life when I was in high school I was a valet and bellmen at the Arizona Biltmore this is where my customer service skills were taught. I owned a carwash near the original Demo Row , and that is where my love of the car business began . Most of my career with Toyota and earned many awards for customer service. I am very happy to be working for a gentleman who let me wash his car when I was a kid. I love my family and everything I do is for God and my family!

Let’s just say I had a very rough start when I first bought my car from the dealership. I was facing a number of issues and was feeling hopeless until I met Eddie. Eddie took the time to hear me out a bought my car from the dealership. I was facing a number of issues and was feeling hopeless until I met Eddie. Eddie took the time to hear me out and he truly listened and then went to work to make it all better. There aren’t enough words to describe Eddie’s passion to provide top notch customer service and he went up and beyond to address every single one of my issues and I couldn’t be more estatic with the way everything turned out. Before our paths crossed I didn’t think I would ever come back to this dealership but I can say that because of Eddie, I will be back when it’s time to get another vehicle. He owned the issues that he didn’t even cause and he turned it all around! Eddie, I can’t thank you enough for all that you did for me and my car!
