Their Factory trained service technician broke the tabs off my steering wheel that held the airbag in place. They try to tell me that the stereo was broken before they got it not realizing there was a came off my steering wheel that held the airbag in place. They try to tell me that the stereo was broken before they got it not realizing there was a camera in my car that recorded The technician bash my exterior wheel with a screwdriver and rubber mallet to disconnect the airbag. And they still didn't perform any of the recalls. Bob told me I had to pay for the new steering wheel myself even after I showed him the video of his Tech bashing my steering wheel with a screwdriver and mallet. They had my car for nearly a month. They never ordered any of the parts that they broke file the complaint with corporate and after I filed a complaint with corporate Bob refuses to talk to me over the phone and when I've gone into the dealership the people at the advisors desk tell me that Bob's not there . Even though he walked past me on the sales floor without noticing me. He said that his team was doing me a favor by even doing the federally mandated recalls on my car. He told me my car is old and I should buy a new one Even though the dealership called me six different times To buy my car from me I emailed corporate the recorded conversations where Bob is being belligerent and dismissive even after being confronted with the video from inside my car More

This dealerships claims to be reputable and reliable yet that’s the complete opposite. The service department is especially unprofessional and I strongly believe that they don’t actually perform maintenance that’s the complete opposite. The service department is especially unprofessional and I strongly believe that they don’t actually perform maintenance that is claimed as nothing ever seems to be different other than them slapping on a new sticker (somehow always crooked) and resetting oil gauge. I will no longer be returning to this awful location and will look for local repair shops or a different dealership to give them my hard earned money rather than this laughable staff. Please strongly consider re-tooling your standard requirements of staff and professionalism. You’ve been warned. Please don’t waste your time with this junkyard. There is zero profanity to this review so I’m unsure to why so was requested to re-submit. I took out the fast food restaurant comment. How’s that? Best, John More
