We tes DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SCAMMED BY CROOKED SLIMY USED CAR SALESMEN!! My husband and I went to Jeep to buy a 2016 Jeep Wrangler. We test drove it and negotiated a deal which included a remote start being installed and a spare key since there was only one key. We went home that night, decided we wanted to buy the car and called and told them to leave a deposit. The next day we go to finish the deal and they tell us the deal we made the night before was no longer available. EVEN THOUGH WE LEFT A DEPOSIT. The remote start and second key were no longer included. A car should be sold with two keys but that's another story. We argue with them and get no where but at this point are so tired from the whole ordeal we just buy the car and leave. Not only that the general manager we spoke to was rude and useless and considering we just dropped over $30k on a car you would think they'd treat their customers better but that's besides the point. Fast forward a few months we're having so many issues with the car. There is no way of getting the lug nuts off the spare tire because they sold the car without a lug nut key. We call and they refuse to do anything about it. Hundreds of dollars out of pocket to get them removed and replaced so we have a key. A few weeks ago the check engine light came on and we had to bring it to our local shop to get fixed. Another few hundred out of pocket. Now the passenger side door is leaking water into the car and every time it rains the car gets soaked. We bring it into Jeep because we only bought the car a couple months ago and it's still under warranty. They say they fixed it and we bring it home. That night it was pouring and the rain was pouring on in as usual. We bring it back the same day and leave it overnight. They say they "think" they fixed it. Not only that the guy in the parts department was nasty and rude as if we are inconveniencing HIM!! He was giving an attitude and completely unhelpful. The Jeep is STILL LEAKING. RUN!!! I repeat RUN AWAY from this place. The employees are AWFUL, the car is a lemon and it's been by FAR the worst car buying experience I've ever dealt with. We are going to bring the Jeep to another dealer since it's STILL not fixed. I would give ZERO stars if I could. More
