This is the 4th car my family has bought or leased through this dealership and the experience has been great each time. My salesperson, Turgo has been with me for all 4 sales and I refuse to go to any other dealership because of his professionalism and courtesy. He is knowledgeable not only about the vehicles, but also about how to get creative to make the deal work. Turgo makes the process as hassle free as possible. He’s honest, and extremely patient. He’s also accessible (picks up his phone whether he is working or not) and most importantly, I trust him. I am knowledgeable about the car buying process and don’t like wasting time. Turgo understands this and does his best to streamline the process. Buying a car can be a brutal experience if you are not working with a professional, which is why I urge you to ask for Turgo at Bayside if you’re in the market for a new Jeep, Dodge or Ram. I’ve bought one of each from him, and fully expect to get my next Ram 1500 from him in a few months as my lease expires. Additionally, the dealership has a really good selection of vehicles and a helpful management team and finance department. More

Quick Turnaround Brought my car in for a recall notice on Monday. Was toying around with upgrading so spoke to Frank. Leasing a new vehicle We happened to pass there just to see what the Chrysler Jeep vehicles look like. We went in on the Saturday evening at 6:30 they were closed at 6 Edwi We happened to pass there just to see what the Chrysler Jeep vehicles look like. We went in on the Saturday evening at 6:30 they were closed at 6 Edwin and (Ricky) Dionisio Enrique rosado both spent another half hour 40 minutes talking to us. All the other dealerships that we went to local to us never worked with us on a down payment or monthly payments. These guys were professional courteous within a week we had our car and everything was right on the money. More

Jeep is a great brand, but one of the guys there ended up arguing with me and my brother and needs to learn how to deal with customers instead of getting defensive. The department that deals with the DMV paperwork also made a mistake which delayed some paperwork. But once again, I’d like to say that Alex provided a wonderful experience as he was helpful, and attentive. Edwin was also great for the few minutes I spoke to him. More
