They lied to my wife and I bought the vehicle that they had us purchase. When we went back to let them know, they simply don’t care about the customer. They won’t do anything to fix the situation. The owner won’t talk to you at all his staff always says he’s busy with customers like you don’t matter. From speaking with other customers that have had similar experiences at this dealership, it’s a known issue. Once they have your money, you don’t matter at all. More

We negotiated a trade. Stephen, Certified Sales Consultant, was very courteous & personable & worked up all the paperwork for the sale & processed everything precisely! He thanked me for my Service!! He transferred my Veteran plate to the Civic, registered my new car & installed my Veteran plates on the Civic! He was very professional & efficient & knowledgeable!!
