Overall, I had a positive experience with the Toyota dealership. My only concern is that an important filter needed to be replaced, but I was not notified by text while my vehicle was being serviced. Ha dealership. My only concern is that an important filter needed to be replaced, but I was not notified by text while my vehicle was being serviced. Had I received a message, I would have approved the replacement so it could have been completed during the same visit. Now I must schedule another appointment, which is difficult with my current work schedule. In the future, I would appreciate being contacted about any recommended maintenance before the service is completed. More
