My engine light is on and no one bothered to check it while performing routine maintenance service. Also, I don’t understand why purchase a car maintenance plan at the time of my lease purchase if I knew while performing routine maintenance service. Also, I don’t understand why purchase a car maintenance plan at the time of my lease purchase if I knew it would expire before my lease ends. I had to pay for an oil change at my last visit. I won’t purchase plan next time. No More

My most recent visit with Vera Cadillac Service was Excellent. I went in to have one problem fixed and it turned out that Vera had to fix several other problems. This did not stop their timeliness quality repairs or the pricing. I have used Vera Cadillac Service on now for four or five years. And I’ve always been satisfied with your service. The most important thing I think I can say is the service people there I go above and beyond. Cadillac went out of their way to make sure things were covered under warranty that should’ve been covered under warranty. I could honestly say if you have a Cadillac or GM product of your Cadillac is a good choice. They are fairly priced knowledgeable people.I think my rep went above and beyond to make sure I was happy when I left there. More

I currently live in Orlando and have been to Massey Cadillac there, however, I was visiting friends here and decided to bring 2012 SRX to Vera to get an oil change !! That ruined it for Massey!! I drive from Orlando to bring my SRX to Vera. The service is above any other caddy dealership!! I miss those mornings donuts, however I do understand!! A honor jar would be a thought to have as an option to continue having the donuts!!!! More
