The really sharp 2020 M7 Series I drove away with last week is the best yet. Susan Ward made using the user friendly technology package simple to understand and left the door wide open for any further help needed down the road. Sales Manager Ric Koresky leaves one with a confident assurance of impeccable quality of the product and the dealership. Eric Fender made the final step in the sale process go smooth with all of the documents ready for signature and explanation available as needed. The Service Department is outstanding. Rodney Steadman as my service is great to work with and always responds thoroughly and expediently with resolution of any issues. All in all, Lord willing, I'll be back again to the BMW Store in the not too distant future. More

It is unusual from my standpoint to have been offered such outstanding service by personnel as opposed to other ventures with other dealers. I highly recommend this The BMW Store dealership to all who are in the market for a BMW to experience the quality and enthusiasm of all personnel encountered. Mr. Wright, as my salesperson for the purchase of both an X3 and an X5, has been an exceptional experience with his knowledge of these vehicles with the intricacies of human / car interfaces. The iDrive learning curve has flattened out somewhat with his instruction. He has been an asset for us to evaluate what we wanted on a new car, plus, what was a valid consideration to be added as well. This type of ability to know what makes the car more comfortable and useful is a major capability for being able to enjoy the car. I want to thank Mr. Daniel Wright for all of his help and expertise in our purchases. More

Another good experience Paul did a great job finding a replacement vehicle for expiring lease, a 3-series previously used as a loaner to hold down lease costs. He also went the extra mile to have people in detailing "rub out" a mark on the car being turned in to avoid being hit with lease-end vehicle damage charge. I always dread having to turn in a leased vehicle after having gotten used to it during the past 3 years, but Susan was very helpful with explaining different features on the new vehicle. Katelyn made lease-end inspection very easy. Eric got us in and out of there quickly, making paperwork painless. I am keeping fingers crossed that making the first payment in late October will be equally easy with the BMW financing department. In the past we have needed a "contract number" to set up electronic payments, but nowhere in the lease paperwork does a contract number appear and in the past it has been challenging to get the contract number from BMW finance. Hopefully, it will be shown on the October invoice ... More

Worth the drive We just bought our 4th BMW from the BMW store since 1995. We moved from a 2000 X5 to the 2019 model -- suffice to say a ton of new technologies. Our sales person, Dean, and "Genius" Susan have been super helpful and patient. Also, we have only had our cars serviced at the dealership since 1995 with outstanding results. The service team, with manager Tim, are responsive, honest, and deliver great service. We like that The BMW Store is a family owned dealership that only does BMWs, not part of a multi-dealership corporation. we have a BMW dealer 5 minutes from our home, but drive the 30 minutes to get to the BMW Store --- very different place. More

Susan Ward provides the perfect training to get familiar with all of the features and functions of the car. The BMW Store staff in general is extremely knowledgeable of the business / cars and Susan's role further enhances the BMW experience from the get go. Eric Fender took care of our financial side of the car and was a pleasure to work with, making us feel as a part of the family! We are loyal / avid owners of BMW's since 2008 and have purchased seven vehicles in that time frame. The cars sell themselves, but the people bring us back specifically to The BMW Store. Overall - EXCELLENT Experience More
