I recently had the pleasure of ordering and purchasing my first BMW, and I couldn't be more thrilled with the entire experience! From the moment I walked through the door, the team (specifically Emily) was i first BMW, and I couldn't be more thrilled with the entire experience! From the moment I walked through the door, the team (specifically Emily) was incredibly accommodating and made me feel like a valued customer. The communication throughout the buying process was outstanding. They kept me updated every step of the way, ensuring I was well-informed and comfortable with my decisions. It was evident that customer service is a top priority for them. Their post-purchase follow-up also impressed me. They contacted me multiple times to ensure everything was going smoothly and that I was satisfied with my new vehicle. It's uncommon to find a dealership that goes the extra mile like this! Their commitment to ongoing service is also commendable, with perks like free car washes and valet service. Overall, buying my first BMW was a service-driven experience that was not only easy but also made me feel genuinely special. I can't recommend them enough! If you're considering a BMW, this team will make your buying experience exceptional. Not to mention, it's the best driving experience I've ever had! More

Susan was terrific in explaining and showing how the car works - it was a pleasure. And the finances part with Erik also went smoothly. Left the store in pouring rain - with my new car dropped just outside the door so we wouldn’t get rained on and people waiving and being very gracious with directions how to exit the store.👏👏👏👏 More
