Great experience working with Emily at The BMW Store. When I first stopped in, I let her know that I was early in my selection process. She kept in touch, but was not pushy or pressuring in any way. When I was ready to order, she spent several hours with me as I contemplated choices, was patient and informative. Pick up day was smooth, with the BMW Genius going thru all the features, paperwork was quick and easy.
