My car broke down on me as I was heading to Mrytle Beach from Columbia. I towed my vehicle to Jim Hudson where I met Mr. Eric Due, a service adviser. I explained to Eric that I actually live in Texas, but from Columbia. I towed my vehicle to Jim Hudson where I met Mr. Eric Due, a service adviser. I explained to Eric that I actually live in Texas, but my vehicle would not start when I arrived at my house in Columbia. Eric understood my situation and discussed the options for my vehicle dilemma with management who quick want to get back on the road. My vehicle was scheduled service the following morning identifying the problems with my fuel value, evap value , and other issues. It took them less than a half day to get my back running better than what it was before I broke down. Eric will be my go to adviser when ever I’m in Columbia. He very professional and knowledgeable. I can say the same about the maintenance tech who provide a detail of the issue via video of all the problems. I strongly recommend this dealership. No up charge or arm twisting or tricks to get you to do extra for an additional charge. This dealership truly care about their customers.
