Came twice, but unfortunately couldn't by a car the first time but service from CJ was still amazing and promised I would come back. Ethan was one of the best carsalesperson I have dealt with. From the warmth of his greeting to inviting us inside to sit while he pulled up the cars we wanted to see, he was professional and kind and co with. From the warmth of his greeting to inviting us inside to sit while he pulled up the cars we wanted to see, he was professional and kind and courteous and made us feel like part of the team. He continued with the same behavior through the test drive and after, answering all our questions and being thoughtful about my hearing difficulties. He gave us his card and we made the time to meet the following day after considering the vehicle we wanted to purchase. He stayed with us through the long process of accounting being short staffed and made a most tiresome day caused by short staffing less difficult to bear. Were it not for Ethan's thoughtful and kind presentation concerning the delay of 4 hours when we came to finish the financial details, I'm not sure we wouldn't have had second thoughts. I will recommend this dealership to friends and neighbors because of his taking such good care of us. More
