We worked with a salesperson who may not have had all of the answers but then again most salespeople don't. This salesperson had no problem taking the time to get the answers. She was very careful to make sure she informed us of all of the benefits of owning and driving a Subaru. We went out with the idea that we would be buying a Subaru Outback and with her help we did buy a 2020 Subaru Outback. Everyone that we encountered at the dealership was pleasant and courteous. My brother purchased a WRX in 2018 from this dealership, so I trusted his reccomendation. Unlike a few dealerships they were accomodating, and not "pushy". Sabino is a great guy to work with- straight to the point and able to answer any questions I had. Friendly, helpful, and honest while helping me find my next vehicle. Also the gentleman that helped me with financing was straightforward in letting me know what options were available and signing the paperwork took less than 15 min. I haven't had the car for a full week yet, but my Subaru legacy has already won me over. The mpg alone is a major savings on gas, and I love the way the AWD handles. I am very happy with my purchase and my experience at Sojax! More
