The Most Pleasant & Enjoyable Car-buying Experience EVER!!! WE ARE ABSOLUTELY DELIGHTED WITH MY 2019 MOCHA LINCOLN MKC!!! When my husband and I were considering replacing my 2013 Nissan Rogue, we checked out th WE ARE ABSOLUTELY DELIGHTED WITH MY 2019 MOCHA LINCOLN MKC!!! When my husband and I were considering replacing my 2013 Nissan Rogue, we checked out the pre-owned availabilities and found that might not be the best option for us. We decided to go back to leasing. I had seen a Cadillac and a Lincoln SUV on the road that were attractive to me. First, we considered a Cadillac and found that experience very unsatisfactory. Then, Carman advertised the Black Friday promotion. My husband contacted Carman and talked to FRIENDLY FRANK who set up an appointment for us to check out the 2019 Lincoln MKC. We came in on Monday and were immediately greeted by Frank and given to John who is an expert on the MKC. JOHN turned out to be the MOST AMAZING CONSULTANT who was on top of everything before we even thought about it. He took OUTSTANDING CARE of us throughout the entire process!! He made sure we knew everything, I mean everything about the MKC and helped us to set it up which was a Godsend! When it came to the terms of the Lease which included trading in my Rogue, we certainly put Frank through his paces in negotiating an acceptable deal for all of us. Even though it took quite some time to get there, we were made comfortable in their Beautiful Showroom. Frank was very accommodating when it came to our trade-in. Because we were having difficulty understanding the numbers of the Lease, Frank was totally transparent and showed us every aspect of our deal. That "sealed the deal" for us! And on Tuesday afternoon, off I drove in my GORGEOUS LINCOLN! Nobody could have been NICER & BETTER TO WORK WITH than Frank and John. And everyone at the dealership made you feel Welcome, especially BOB who was most congenial and made the signing experience as easy and painless as possible.
