Was told to drop my car off for 730am appointment Monday morning so I would have my car back the same day. Individual even expressed that I could wait for my vehicle. I decide to just drop off. When I calle morning so I would have my car back the same day. Individual even expressed that I could wait for my vehicle. I decide to just drop off. When I called in at 12pm on Monday, come to find out my vehicle still wasn't being worked on and due to the length of the service odds of my car being done by days end was not looking good. Was told I would get a call later that day of the progress and never received one. So naturally I called at 440pm due to the service department closed at 5pm and was told a message would be left for the individual dealing with my vehicle. Got a call at 540pm from said individual asking me why I called........This is the worst service department I have ever dealt with. I am now looking for another dealership seeing as how my household is looking to buy 2 new vehicles. I will never come back to this establishment. Worst experience I have ever had..... More

I bought my car from them brand new zero mileage, a few days later. Engine light come out in the car can’t be drive more than 20 miles an hour. They kept my car for eight days they didn’t even give me a lo days later. Engine light come out in the car can’t be drive more than 20 miles an hour. They kept my car for eight days they didn’t even give me a loaner or even a ride back home. I got a call. It’s ready. When I picked up the car, they told me it was a sensor issue and they fixed it. I left the dealer. The same day engine check light came out again and my car wasn’t drivable. I have to go to a different GMC. Dealer and what they tell me this time is completely different. They have to replace something. connected to the engine. More

The guys there are very knowledgeable about my vehicle, professional, and patient. The place is super clean and when it comes to repairs on my vehicle they pay attention to detail. These guys should be enlisted I the military because they are that great! They were able to set me up with shuttle to my home and back to Scranton GMC when my repairs were done. More
