After signing all paperwork and taking delivery of my vehicle, the dealership attempted to change material terms of the deal and pressured me to return the vehicle the same day due to their own internal error. The written buyer’s order did not support their claims, and once I requested everything in writing, they backed off. Customers should be very cautious and ensure all terms are clearly documented before and after delivery.

The issue was not returning documents or seeking clarification. At the time of delivery, I was told by the salesperson that the dealership was covering all charges and that any internal discrepancies were not my responsibility. After the vehicle was delivered and the deal completed, I was contacted regarding additional charges that were never disclosed or agreed to. When I disputed those charges, I was told the alternative was to return the vehicle, despite there being no default on my part and without my consent. Since then, communication has shifted away from written correspondence and consists primarily of repeated phone calls, despite my request to keep matters in writing. I did not refuse to honor an agreement—I disputed unauthorized post-delivery charges that surfaced after the fact. My review reflects that experience so others are aware.
