Denis Deljanin is and always has been the best service advisor every year. I stay true to Rallye for him and him only. This place would be nothing without his dedication. No matter the problem he always comes through and is honest. He doesn’t pester with phone calls or texts but when the job is done correctly he is on top of getting my car back to me. The loaner cars are usually non existent and this guy seems to always get me one even last second. More

Went to change my tire and it took approximately 4-5 hours. I had to call every insurance company instead of them helping me out. Frank kept telling me that I wasn’t covered although I knew I was. I understand you make your money in service, however how dare you quote me one number and then add on $3,052.17 after the car was ready. The funniest but also saddest part of this ordeal was the clown servi dare you quote me one number and then add on $3,052.17 after the car was ready. The funniest but also saddest part of this ordeal was the clown service advisors begging for the loaner car back whilst my car hadn't even began to be worked on. i will NEVER purchase a BMW Again from your tacky dealership unless you apologize and give me back the car extra money you charged me. Truly pathetic. i was asking to speak to the only competent service advisor there; Chris Blanco but you told me he was on vacation for roughly a month despite my friend talking to him constantly to find the best way to upgrade their car. Do the people at the circus Rallye Bmw, i'm sorry car dealership feel better when they're hustling their clients? i must commend you on your xxxx poor service and most likely losing future customer(s) unless you make this right, which you wont because God Forbid you make an exception to honor a warranty that was barely over. hats off to you. More
