I really wish I hadn’t have made this purchase. As if the that wasn’t enough, months later this purchase it is still haunting me. It’s come to my knowledge that the dealership put a paper tag in my name even though I had my original tag, and it’s noted in my contract. So now I’m finding out that someone has been riding on this tag for months under my name racking up an outstanding balance on tolls and I can’t even get this rectified because I need to speak with someone at the dealer but of course they never answer or get back to you. Gina or whenever the person is will publicly respond to this comment as if my issue is going to be addressed but never actually call and handle the issue. So I’m likely going to have to take time and time off of work again to get this fixed. This is unbelievable. Never again. More

This dealership is filled with nothing but con artists. They completely took advantage of me in my situation. I explained to them that my children and I were victims of physical and sexual violence and wer They completely took advantage of me in my situation. I explained to them that my children and I were victims of physical and sexual violence and were on the run. I had a newborn baby with me, and my 9 year old disabled daughter. After going back and forth with vehicles. I decided to get the 2018 Nissan Murano. First of all the vehicle is only valued at 18k. The dealership had it listed for 24k. Online at 22k. After going back and forth we agreed on 21k which is already 3k over market value. But I needed a reliable car and I had to leave with a vehicle. At this point my kids had been at the dealership for about 6 hours which is difficult for any kid. So I am on the phone trying to get insurance, back and forth with different companies, my mother etc. I go in to sign my papers as I’m feeding my son, my daughters blood sugar is low, and I’m one a 3 way conversation with my mother and insurance company-the price of the vehicle magically goes up from 21k-26k. HOW THE xxxx do you guys think it’s okay to do this to anyone. 26k for a 2018 Murano!!! I know you probably won’t even read this, and could care less about anyones experience. But you ALL should be ashamed for taking advantage of the fact that I had 40 things going on. The man never even showed me what I was singing! Yes this is my fault. Had I not had my kids and a million things going on this never would of happened. But I’d like you to put yourself in my shoes. 2 kids, no money, no home, no food. Literally buying a car big enough for my family to sleep in. So thanks Universal Hyundai for being a dealership full of skum xxxxxxxxxx. Who instead of trying to help me out. Decided to xxxx me over. More
