I need the your dealership to take this paper tag out of my name. My name should have never been on that. I have been calling the dealership for the past two days trying to get ahold of someone and whomever handles the tags is never at their desk and the voicemail is full. Please advise on how I can continue a conversation when no one is ever available.

As I stated, I was sure I’d get a public response, but never a phone call to actually help with the matter. Is someone going to actually reach out? Your dealership put a paper tag in my name and now someone stole it and is riding getting toll fees and who knows what else under my name. The DMV advised they can’t do anything because you all put that paper tag as my permanent tag. What is going on??
