Great experience from the sales guy (Frederick McGrew) to the delivery of my vehicle. Since I provided most of my preliminary information over the phone, the total amount of time I spent at the dealership w the delivery of my vehicle. Since I provided most of my preliminary information over the phone, the total amount of time I spent at the dealership was approximately one hour which was very important to me. The vehicle was delivered to my residence the next day by a young lady who took the time to not only go over all of the features again but she also programmed some of my preferences for me. I highly recommend Big Star Cadillac!! More

After a failed attempt to start the new build process at another Cadillac dealer in the Woodlands I contacted Big Star Cadillac and met Frederick. He jumped right in and helped; he was very attentive and i another Cadillac dealer in the Woodlands I contacted Big Star Cadillac and met Frederick. He jumped right in and helped; he was very attentive and informative and made the process to start my new build quick and easy. He took the time to review the new build with me to ensure I had exactly what I wanted and needed and walked me through the process. It's been a pleasure working with him; he is available if I have any questions or concerns - even while on vacation he took my call - I really appreciate that and I couldn't have asked for a better salesman.
