Fist the sales Manager totally lied to me about my trade in, I was in a lease and could have got out of it cheaper buy doing what was best for me, Steve lied to me and told me one thing and I found out that I could have paid less myself to turn it back in. Next thing is 1 week after I traded these liars took my Tesla to a supercharger and use my credit card to charge the Tesla for there selves, wow I am sure this is against the law, I was going to forget it but now after what A- Ade Oliveira has done to me I am talking to a lawyer about filling a law suit on this dealer for serval things. Next adeoliveira@centralfloridacdjr.com this guy is a their and a Big liar, when I was in finance he was trying to over charge me for Gap and I declined it said I could get cheaper thru my insurance, He said if I signed with them he would make sure I get it for half price and covers a 150% of a loss if happen. Next I find out when we get to final deals on paper work he slipped in a 4000 dollar warranty that I did not want, I told him to cancel it he said he could not do it that day it would take 7 days due to paper work. This is all a lie so he can get his commision. The money still has not been returned and my lawyer is going to nail his xxx to a cross for this. He wrote in the policy due to customer request to cancel 8 days after the deal which I told him same day and in the beginning I did not want it, Liar Liar Liar. Over all I am giving this dealer A Big Fat. F. Never will I step in their again and shame on you for doing your service people this way, you would sell your grandmother a bad deal to make a Buck. I am also posting this all over the Florida hang board for service people to see and not to come there. More
