Honest and friendly dealership. This was by far the easiest car buying experience of my life!! Gary Mack my Salesman was incredible and embodies what all sales people should striv This was by far the easiest car buying experience of my life!! Scott Douglas the Finance Manager made the finance process quick, painless and got me in and out on the road in no time at all. David the Manager worked out the deal with us over the phone before I made the 2 hour ride and he stuck to his word. No bait and switch at Ferman BMW. And finally, I would be remiss if I did not tell you how knowledgeable and friendly my BMW Genius Leah was! She had me set up and connected in the car in no time flat !!! Thank you Ferman!!! More
