First I called Gilbert before I left my house and asked if I needed to bring anything with me. He told me now he had everything that we needed. I needed my work ID for the first responders discount. Then h if I needed to bring anything with me. He told me now he had everything that we needed. I needed my work ID for the first responders discount. Then he asked for my title which I should have thought of but didn’t. My trade in window had a crack in it and I said I would pay for the new windshield so I scheduled Safelite to come to the dealership Thursday morning. When the Safelite tech got there somebody there told him they had no idea what he was talking about and sent him away. So in turn I spent over an hour on the just to try to get it rescheduled. Try calling Safelite and actually talk to a person you’ll understand the 1 hour on the phone for a simple issue. Management needs to manage not just be there like everyone else. More
