Hello my name is Greg and I have been working at Honda of Lincoln for 32 years. Growing up I wanted to be Evel Knievel, Elvis or the Fonz, however when I was 22 years old I started selling cars and haven’t looked back since. I still like to sing and dance and in my free time you can find me working out, riding one of my many motorcycles or working on one of my classic cars. Some fun facts about me are that I enjoy listening to 50’s rock and roll and anything Elvis. My favorite meal is hamburgers and my favorite movie is Field of Dreams. The best part about being a Sales Consultant is the delivery, when customers come in to pick up their new car. I make the experience different at Honda of Lincoln by always being personable. As a sincere individual, I like getting to know my customers and turn them into friends. My motto is to always be kind!

The overall experience was great. Greg our sales consultant was a great guy to work with. This was our first experience purchasing a Honda. The team did a great job and was willing to work with us to come to a price that worked for both of us. As for Calvin the finance manager he did a good job at explaining everything, and was willing to answer any of our questions. In our experience it wasn't just about sales as many other dealers have focused on, but building a relationship. As the market currently sits many customers have had to endure over priced vehicles many have had to pay alot more over MSRP or were lured in by false advertising. This is where we feel that Honda of Lincoln stands out. What you see is what you get. As a result I forsee them continuing their success in gaining future customers. People are willing to put their dollars in someone they can trust. There are alot of dealers that now have to try and win back their customer base and we feel Honda is leading the way on these topics. If you have read this far I am sure you can see that we had a good experience. Honda of Lincoln will be in our list of possible future vehicle purchases moving forward. As I wrote before, I have had better experiences. I had to make numerous trips back to the dealership, wasting my time and gas. I did not want to finance any of this, but because I was told I would I had to make numerous trips back to the dealership, wasting my time and gas. I did not want to finance any of this, but because I was told I would get a better price if some was financed, I did some of it. That was a poor decision, as that was the worst part of the whole thing. That caused a whole string of bad experiences and more trips back to the dealership and a trip to UPS, because of your errors.. More

Buying the car was ok, but after that all that has happened has been very frustrating. I have had to make 4 trips back to the dealership since then. I ordered the gold package, and the person who doe happened has been very frustrating. I have had to make 4 trips back to the dealership since then. I ordered the gold package, and the person who does that was off til the following week. Instead of waiting to pick up the car after that was done, I was told to take the car and bring it back the next week to have that done. I would rather have waited and picked it up when it was all over. So I had to bring the car back, and then come back the next day to pick it up. Then after I got the car, I realized the cargo cover I had purchased was not in the car, so I had to make a trip back to get that. THEN the next day I got a call from the finance department that I needed to come back and sign 1 more thing. Since it is a 20 mile round trip to the dealership, I did not rush right in, I went back in a few days, signed the paper I was given. Then 2 days after that, I got ANOTHER call from the finance department saying the paper I was given to sign was the wrong one. I was on my way out of town, so I was told the paperwork would be sent to me. I got it, signed it, but it came UPS, so then I had to find a UPS store to drop it off. I have had to drive over 100 unnecessary miles back and forth to the dealership and finding a UPS store. Not impressed with everything that has gone on. More
