Greg is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He seems like more of a friend than a salesman. His explanations of the technology (some of which was unfamiliar to us) made riding in the car even more pleasant than we had anticipated.He repeatedly told us to call him with any questions, and when we did, he always found time to be of assistance. His work at the old Owen Motors is why I came back to him at Herb Chambers. However the Herb Chambers experience was certainly top notch and working with Jim to wrap everything up was pleasant. A clean, welcoming atmosphere is exactly what you would expect. I recommend them 100%. Although I didn't work with her this time, Danielle is always awesome to work with when I bring my car in for service. More

This dealership is top notch and so is our sales person, Greg Mirabile, who My wife and I, had a wonderful experience buying our new 2017 Lincoln MKC. This dealership is top notch and so is our sales person, Greg Mirabile, who went above and beyond to help us. After arriving at the dealership, I realized I had forgotten my car plates at home. I thought I would have to drive back home to pick it up and drive back to the dealer, but instead he offered to follow us to our home to exchange the dealerships plates to ours. And, that is exactly what we did. Wow, talk about amazing customer service!!! There was no hassle, pressure, or slick sale gimmicks. I told him exactly what my wife and I wanted and he got it done! We felt peace of mind driving off the lot. We will most definitely be back, and highly recommend this dealership to our friends, family, and any other potential buyers. The deal ship was outstanding and so was Greg!!! More

I do not usually write online reviews but this past experience deserves a host of co I am a long time customer of Peter Hern at Herb Chambers Lincoln. I do not usually write online reviews but this past experience deserves a host of complements for Peter and his staff. Most importantly along with Peter, Frank Carey and Greg Mirabile all need to be highly complemented for their efforts to resolve the issues I was experiencing with my car. I also need to highlight the fact that all of my past Lincolns have been trouble free, never an issue. The car in question seems to be a one off with its issues. These issues were resolved with the highest degree of professionalism, speed and most importantly to my satisfaction. I left the dealership today, a very pleased customer with the highest respect for Herb Chambers and his staff. I honestly believe my issue would not have been and could not have been resolved to this level of satisfaction at any other Lincoln dealership. This is the type of experience that keeps you coming back to a dealership time after time. Great work! More

My parents have been with them for over 20 years now I must say I love this place! Peter and Greg from sales are just awesome. So friendly and down to earth, they explained everything. I actually ended up hugging Greg after the sale because I felt so well taken care of. I love my car so much. I've had no issues except I ran over a pothole and got a flat. Might I say that Norwood was SO accommodating and took me right away. The Medford location was disorganized and unfriendly. I will choose to drive 45 minutes to Norwood over 25 minutes to Medford any day. Honestly the best service. Everyone is so kind and clean and pleasant. They have a clean waiting area with a plasma TV, snacks, coffee, tea, water bottles... They even have a salon upstairs! Seriously couldn't be happier so far. Kayla M More
