My wife and I had an amazing experience pick out a new vehicle. The website was easy to navigate and the staff were very knowledgeable about the different options available. Brandon did an outstanding job educating us on the different trim levels and all of the features that come with each. He could relate to our stage of life and importance on safety and children. We test drove 2 different vehicles and stayed in touch over the next few weeks determining what and when we would come back to purchase. Pat was also very fair with our trade in and made an outstanding final offer on our favorite vehicle on the lot! We will definitely be sharing our experience with friends and family. I'm still mulling over my experience. It started off decent enough; however, I'm not a fan of the back and forth, numbers game. It's just old and not the best use of people's time. Act in good faith, with integrity, and people will return. I did paperwork and returned 4 days later to pick up my car. To my surprise, it was not ready. The inspection wasn't complete. That of course was not disclosed until I finalized all the paperwork. There's no reason that my car should not have been ready. I found that to be completely unacceptable. Lastly, the car was not gassed up. Ever "gave me his word" that he would have it filled up when I brought it in for my first oil change. Why not just take the car around back and fill it up?! I didn't feel that I was treated like a valued customer. More
