Act in good faith, with integrity, and people will return. I did paperwork and returned 4 days later to pick up my car. To my surprise, it was not ready. The inspection wasn't complete. That of course was not disclosed until I finalized all the paperwork. There's no reason that my car should not have been ready. I found that to be completely unacceptable. Lastly, the car was not gassed up. Ever "gave me his word" that he would have it filled up when I brought it in for my first oil change. Why not just take the car around back and fill it up?! I didn't feel that I was treated like a valued customer. More
