As they called me to get my pick up truck I then looked on my front window and it looked like water spots. I turned down my window wipers to wipe down the water, but it was in water. It was drops of oil and my whole window got smudged. I then went and talked to somebody. The young lady that helped me and she called to someone to clean the window. But then we open the hood and had spots of oil. Certain areas of my engine. I asked I need to talk to a manager. He came out and looked at it and explained to one of the workers have this engine steamed and clean that window. And he apologize. Sorry for what has happened. And I ask how could that be??

It sah been cleaned. But my question is if I would have drove away without cleaning my window and I was driving on the street and then wiped my windows with my window wipers. I hope I wouldn't have a serious accident cuz the windows were smudged. But all has been taken care of. I just hope that doesn't happen to another customer.
