Lou Sobh Honda service is different from most dealerships I've experienced because they never try and sell you parts and services that your car doesn't need at the time. Most dealership service centers are always trying to make a buck pressuring their customers with unnecessary parts and services but LSH has never done that with me, they are very fair and I highly recommend them. 2007 Acura TL (84,000 miles). Accident with damaged tail light. New part unavailable from ACURA. Christina spent time over and above my expectations in order to find the correct t Accident with damaged tail light. New part unavailable from ACURA. Christina spent time over and above my expectations in order to find the correct tail light assembly in the used parts market. It was not an easy task. At one time, I was heading to service at 7 am on a Saturday and she had to come to the service center to get my Tel. Number to tell me the center opened at 8:00. Certainly a fantastic effort. Due to the first 2 parts not being correct, the service manager Heather waived the labor costs. I have had my Acura serviced there many times with excellent results. WELL DONE LOU SOBH HONDA STAFF!!! More
